I am really enjoying this so far.
These two a wonderful together.

This is definitely a slow, thoughtful read for me. It’s deeply rooted in Christian history, theology, and the lives of the saints and martyrs, so there is a lot to take in and reflect on. This isn’t a book I can rush through—it’s going to take me some time to finish, digest, and really appreciate all that it has to say.

I am just about ready to throw this book across the room. Between a hero who's a world-class jerk and a heroine who's so passive she barely seems to have a pulse, I'm not sure I can keep turning the pages. 😂

This is probably going to be a DNF....

In my opinion, many modern romance covers don't capture the same magic, beauty, and personality that made romance covers from past decades so memorable.
