Really uncomfortable to read so far, but in an understandable way..

If not for an upcoming American literature exam I would not be reading this. It started of half okay but the more I read the less I like the main character, feels like the original misogynistic "nice - guy". I have also never read the words "phony" , "old [insert pretty much any other characters name here]" or "lonesome" as often as in the first half of this book..

Loving it so far, really creepy at times and the plot points actually make sense, Tallu is also growing on me. I've always like him better out of the two mcs but he's at least getting some more depth now and he's starting to make soo much more sense than in the first book!

Promising so far... 👀

Loving it so far, enjoying the plus size main character, she's fun and has a rather original background and occupation. I like the first person POV and I'm seriously intrigued by the plot!

Interesting so far and I'm really enjoying the fact that every skin colour is named when describing a character instead of only doing that with non-white characters. I like knowing what to imagine from the start!

Every time it get bits of backstory or emotional glimpses of these characters I wanna wrap them in blankets and never give them back to Tracy... I'm scared of what's to come 😭

Just as fun as the first one so far, just with a tick more angst, which I always approve of 😂 really liking it so far. We'll see how long it takes me to finish now that I'm not on a plane with nothing but on my hands xD
