Her starting a relationship with her teacher and deciding to stay in UK, trusting this man completely to take care of her is a great example of what happens when you're not your children's safe space. They'll find it elsewhere because they're starved for love and will likely overlook the red flags for that love, just like they did with their own parents who're meant to love them but still neglect them.

This book feels like 3 in one. The end of the second story was so emotionally shocking and impactful that I could not progress with the story. Until now! Can't wait to finish this magnificent book. And I can't wait to find out about this bloody curse????

"Yes, " (...) " A shared cuckholding is the most fertile ground from which love could ever spring"

Why do I keep starting new books? That doesn't matter because it's Emily Henry and I need to read this ASAP.
