The highlights so far have been ‘The Killers’, ‘The Undefeated’, and of course ‘Hills Like White Elephants.’ I read Hills in my high school literature class back in the day, but it didn’t really click with me then. This time, though, it hit me like a punch to the gut.

Shoutout Kallistos Ware. He’s so great at taking complicated concepts and making them simple. There’s a lot to chew on each page. The quotes from church fathers at the end of chapters are illuminating too.
