Really insightful. I reckon everyone should read this book, not only children and teens are affected by social media, it affects all ages and I see it everywhere. It's terribly sad to see people not talking to each other but all engrossed in doomscrolling, looking like zombies.
It's also shocking how suddenly everyone is mistakenly diagnosing themselves because they imitate the new popular influencer/trend on TikTok.
