It’s full of good information about how to get the help you need when you are in a crisis - and who and what the best sources of that help are. Sarah has personal examples as well as those from others she knows or has met during her research that will resonate with someone with any type of hardship. She comes from her Christian worldview but the ideas are, of course, universal. Very easy to read.
