Already love Julia (Jules) -- she's a very unique character (not some cookie-cutter heroine) with much to learn about being a wife (and a woman). The author does an amazing job of making her come alive. I'm all in at this point.

Christmas in April at my house. Love the main character (Mary). She's positive, encouraging, and has a never give up attitude. By the time I'm finished, I hope some of her rubs off on me.
