Julie (rip) it’s a bit suspicious that Judith McNaught wrote a book about a normal fighter named Royce and went by “the wolf”. What’s going on there?

I hate misunderstandings especially ones that last 20% of the book. Also I feel a bit indignant on her behalf as he seems to be getting angry over not much.

There are some books I need to read to stay sane and this is one of them.

I have recently learned what “the Roman Empire” means now a days and this book and Ransom by Julie Garwood are it for me.

“What we need is female suffrage,” Cecilia opined as she laid lemon slices, cut into the shape of flowers, atop the tea.

Cecilia nodded. “Only last month I robbed a man and tied him to his horse, and he did not bid me good afternoon as I sent him on his way.”

Havelock is Howl from Howls moving castle. Like almost identical I’m just waiting for him to bring out Calcifer.

If a guy did any of this to me I’d burn his house down. But it’s ok because book boys get away with much much more than the real life ones.

If my friend complained to me about how her billionaire boyfriend tried to pay for everything even though she didn’t want him to I’d punch her in the face.

No wonder I wasn’t impressed with the book before this. Sloane is an utter b word.
