Oh wow I did not expect that

The suspense is slow but it’s kinda engaging. The shifting POVs at the stops is a great touch by Sager.

Woah - idk who to trust at this point tbh. It seems that the obvious switch to Josh’s POV could be a “movie” but idk. It feels too obvious to think Josh is the one who has done it all.

Not as fast paced as some of Sager’s other books but there have been a few head turning moments lol 🤔🧐

I’m lowkey bored

“Piggy” is a very relatable character - because of who he is, no one seems to listen to him. He warns yet others are consumed by temptation and delight.

The island sounds beautiful yet beauty can sometimes hide monstrous beings (“the beastie”)

Ahhhh yes let’s call the “fat boy” - “piggy” 🤦‍♂️

The numerous POVs is a bit disorienting but otherwise the book is pretty good!
