So far my feelings are what I had at the start: Someone (probably Joseph Smith, but there are other theories too) wrote this to imitate the Bibble. I just was not prepared for exactly how derivitive this work was.

I am actually reading it in finnish and the book has 215 pages. There were too man editions and no way, that I know of to search among them. It just chose the default.

I really wish I could read this at more concentrates stretches, there is a lot of facinating important detail I am afraid I am missing.
