You’d think that a book about a hostage situation would be a little more fast paced, but you’d be wrong 😴

Oof this is a tough read for me. The main character is such a miserable cow that it’s impossible to root for her.

This is the perfect airport book or audiobook to listen to while you run errands.

It’s really refreshing to read a romance book where the characters have realistic problems and backstories that matter. The main character went through foster care and the love interest has his own family issues. I’m already attached to these characters and want what’s best for them.
