what are the freaking odds this book is set in Florida? My fantasy beauty and the beast retelling starts in Jacksonville Florida 😂 I’m 9 pages in and we’ve mentioned Jax, Miami, Savannah, and Ormond Beach

I am viscerally uncomfortable by that vein scene. That means its working. I’m excited to see where this story takes us

Got good around pg 175. Up until that point just kinda pointless build up that could be a lot shorter. This book doesn’t know if it wants to be a mystery, a nostalgic story about an 80s comedy show, or a literary fiction drama commentary about life in the 80s so it just tries to combine it all into one which doesn’t work very well

Moth and Wyn are the perfect stabby duo I always knew we needed. I love them both so much
