Put down for a bit but picked back up, Sirens is probably the most fun section of the book thus far

Not sure how I feel about this so far. I anticipated some metafiction but not to this extent, and I’m struggling to meet the book on its terms rather than wishing it had used the metafiction as a complement to the main narrative (although I do like when there are moments where Henry is clearly projecting his own anxieties through his players).
