Paul Labbe is reading The Future of Geography: How Power and Politics in Space Will Change Our World
A phenomenal amount of information and data projections presented in a humor filled journal that has a dramatic impact on the future of earth and space. Combine with a dash of astrophysics and geopolitics makes this a great read!

Paul Labbe is reading This Flowing Toward Me
A wonderful perspective on immigration and refugees through the eyes ( and feet) of Marilyn Lacey, a Catholic nun who found her purpose in life through helping others.

Paul Labbe is starting City Walls (Amos Walker #31)
This was my first read of the Amos Walker series, and it was quick, funny, and a good diversity of candidates for who-dun-it! The descriptive writing of Loren Estleman was astonishing, not matter what the subject, and I often found myself wondering in a different direction than the written plot as I was visualizing the scene I had just completed, before I was focusing on the next paragraph. Fun!

An interesting perspective - yet did not have the spark needed for me to finish it

Paul Labbe is reading The Overstory
A well rated book, with good story writing, but I struggled to stay with this book for any length of time. Essentially separate but overlaid stories crossing paths in innovative ways of structure yet a little too much prose with philosophical overtones for my enjoyment

Paul Labbe is finished with What Did You Do In The War, Sister?
Whether there was Devine intervention, or a sequence of random events and chance meetings by Dennis Turner and key representatives that lived this history, the author has created an informative historical narrative of the Sisters of Norte Dame De Namur blessed performance during World War II.
Enjoy the journey of this read - I certainly did!

Paul Labbe is reading The Trouble with Goats and Sheep
I’m not sure why I kept reading this book after the first few chapters. It was not one that captured my interest, although the initial summary was of interest. I obviously did not understand the various subplots and intrigue described in excruciating verse through 2 small girl detective philosophers, but it certainly made me drowsy. This just was not my kind of a relaxing or fun read- but at least it’s over
