Really interesting read and perspective. I'd be curious to hear all of this from any of the women's POV.

Interesting health perspective. Over the past few years I've been more in tune to listening to my body and how I feel after eating so it was a pleasant surprise to see that for the most part the things I've omitted or never liked over the years are suggestions I stay away from. However some food that I love that are also on my avoid list and not sure I'll totally omit them but I plan to look more into the science.
