The epigraph portion of this book contains quotes from both Jupiter Ascending and Dinosaur Comics and it's feeling like this book is weirdly aligned with my interests. (Also, the single-word John Scalzi blurb is sending me. I think it's the period.)

The writing in this feels more 2013 than 2023. Maybe even 2003.

I don't tend to like self-help books, but I'm enjoying this on audiobook. Maybe because it feels memoir-ish.

This book feels so very true seventh grade. In a good way, if that time being confusing and horrible can be good.
