Caroline Templer is reading The Clocks (Hercule Poirot, #34)
This is quite a slow book for an Agatha Christie. I didn't enjoy it as much as her others I have read.
A murder in a small crescent, it had a good lead character (a specialist/spy? man) Colin and police detective were but interesting guys.

Caroline Templer is reading Nine Liars (Truly Devious, #5)
This book is not as good as it previous ones, a little slow and Stevie and David got on nerves.
I had great hopes based in my home country.
Stevie acted very rashly a few times, David was a sod. I had great hopes but it wasn't as good.A country mystery set in a country estate.
Not Agatha Christie but okay.

Caroline Templer is reading Old Babes in the Wood: Stories
A good book, with lots of short story by Margaret, so are a little odd. But enjoyed all of them in different ways. A lot are Nell and Tig, which I think as based on Margaret and her dead Husband (Graham) They are light reading, so good if you only got 1/2 to read, and most are not to long.

Caroline Templer is reading The Bone Witch (The Bone Witch, #1)
I finish this book, I am very disappointed with this tale. I had great difficulty getting to the end of this book. Very slow, though a interesting story but got lost some where about 50 pages in and dragged on for 100 pages +. Nobody is very loveable, not Tea or brother, or most of the main characters.
I finish but I told me 6 weeks, normally can read a book of just under 400 pages in 1/2 that time.

Caroline Templer is reading The Black Path
This book is set in Knowle West, not really a great part of the city in the past. Can still have it grotty parts, but reading this book make me remember something that I had forgotten about this part of Bristol. Filwood swimming pool. Merrywood school being the enemy's of Hengrove School, when I was their.
It's sad that way an area of your city can make a great difference to your life.Good book, a lot of

Want can you say Jill's books are all great stories, well explained characters. Love, what more can you want. This one has Edgar a old man living alone in Foxwell, he meets Lou in the local supermarket carpark, where he had a full. His shopping ends up on the floor and his glasses loose a lens.Lou ends up driving him home and from there the story takes off. Lots of side stories all joined to make a lovely read.

I don't enjoy this book, as much as her other ones.
Story was confusing, but as usual lots of interesting body part mentioned.
Was not my favourite story, but well written as normal. Lots of murder, dead bodies and Temp helping out.

Caroline Templer is reading Hallowe'en Party (Hercule Poirot, #41)
Good book set in 1969, when England was changing
Agatha Christie says about the youth of today, damaging car tires and not behaving very well.
This is odd in one of her books, Poirot was his normal self, odd but very good at sorting the murders in this book
