It is very easy to get caught up in this book. It is a thoughtful and quick read. I'm a people person. I enjoy learning about others and this book is great for that. I find it quite helpful to read through the compilation of interview segments to center around a common theme. It is enlightening to have celebrities identify their own growth and struggles. Very humanizing.
