Pretty boring really. I'm sticking with it only because I'm so far into the series. I've been listening to the audiobooks. Is there such a thing as too much attention to detail? He needs to shorten it up a bit and skip so many deep dives into the characters. There are also way too many characters to keep up with in my opinion, especially when he delves into the history.
