My copy of this book is really old, and I got "warned" by the guard at work that I shouldn't have it there since it could somehow get confused with all of our records, very few of which are books at all. So, this one will slow down since I need a newer book going that I can take back and forth to work. But that's okay, 'cause the adult angst is making me want to bang the characters' heads into a wall.

A lot of book-switching this week.

Still plugging away. Made it through Birth of a Nation, and might just skim the rest..

I love how gossipy this book is. Mack Sennett is sort of a dick, and Florence Lawrence talks in baby-talk. Who knows if it's true, but they're good stories! I read it when I was 16 and wouldn't have picked up on half of it at the time.

Okay, I've gotta move this back to the to-read pile, 'cause I can't really start it until I type up my notes for Broncho Billy....will pick up a different book instead.
