It’s the time of year when I start to listen to/read fluffy holiday romances to try and convince my soul it still feels something.

This book is honestly pretty f*cked up.

I HATE miscommunication trope.

FFS. Way to blow up over something completely irrationally.

This book is too long

That was very quick and didn’t really leave much of an impact. Not really connecting with this one yet.

I can’t seem to read one book at a time like a normal person.

If I read gold flecked onyx eyes one more time..

Oh a magical third act resolution where the girl gives up her dreams and plans for the boy. Gag me.

FFS I forgot how insufferable Saint is. I might skip the rest of this one and go to Rowdy.

I want her but I don’t WANT her. But I do want her but I don’t. 🙄

Why does one character always hold the actions of the other character from high school against them. Teenagers are idiots. Who you were then is no where near who you are as an adult. I hate fake/forced third act conflict.
