The redundancy in Branderson's writing is sorta showing through in this one, but I'm enjoying the story. I'm also a little sad that all the main characters are still split up. Feels like they haven't been together since the 2nd book.

Did kids still use Tumblr in 2021? I feel like it kinda died out back in like, 2018 or whenever they banned adult content. When was that again? I have no concept of time honestly.

I didn't mention this before in Paladin's Grace, but I LOVE ENTHUSIASTIC CONSENT! I LOVE ROMANCE THAT IS HOT BUT RECIPROCAL AND THEY COMMUNICATE WANTS!!!!!!!!!!!
This is probably the best romantasy series I've tried to read yet. Fourth Wing just wasn't doing it for me (I'll try again after I finish all of these)

Super fucking good. The mystery hook at the end is super cool too!!! I can't wait to keep going.

Switched to audiobook cuz I really don't want to stop but I got so much shit to do. Still enjoying the book! But I'm not a huge fan of the narrator. He's fine, but I think he could give a little more (also he's like, basically whispering.)

I get the Xio is only 13, but them being upset at not being forgiven immediately is kinda annoying

What annoys me about this book so much is that I relate ENTIRELY too much missing signs and cues as well as trying to rationalize myself out of talking to the people I like.
