I rarely quit a book but this just didn’t hold my interest. I enjoy learning about history to understand how we got to where we are today, but i wish the information followed more of a linear path. Jumping back and forth in history just didn’t work for me, personally.

Louisa bugs the shit out of me. I find her so immature and annoying that I'm struggling to get through this. I know this is supposed to be a love story, but what redeeming qualities does she possess? Regarding finishing this book, the struggle is real.
