I'd had this on my shelf for ages and decided to read it in honor of Jane Austen's 250th birthday, but the pacing has been so slow and it's honestly just too sad for me to be reading right now.

gonna have to dnf this one as I am really not into it and would rather focus my attention on something better :/

Does this get better? I'm at part 2 and just not connecting with it :(
