Very eerie/graphic, but quite a few twists that made me want to keep reading. I was a little unsatisfied with the ending because I predicted pieces of it, and then the pieces I didn’t see coming weren’t wrapped up completely as they left off for the sequel.

Loved the characters, the character development, and the plot of the book. It was a little slow at first, but I still really enjoyed the historical aspect of the story and the build-up. Would make a great movie!
