I probably won't finish this.

There's a boring, simplistic diatribe about cultural appropriation in the middle that's got me rolling my eyes. Makes the author sound whiney which is really unfortunate.

funny. but there are a lot of cliche/overused and outdated "silly husband (man)/demanding wife (woman)" jokes that take away from the funny scenarios in the book. really takes the whole vibe down because - those types jokes can be funny when you watch I Love Lucy or something classic and "of that time" but this is a contemporary novel and it feels more so boring and lazy to lean on them so much here.

Not quite loving it. But want to know the outcome of it all.

Very fun.

This is still funny, though I wish the author wasn't the narrator.

I'm enjoying the chapter on memory.
