Once again a perfect demonstration of how stupid the main character is. Claiming to be an advocate of the old martial arts movies and proving that he is nothing more than a idiot.

Why isn’t that always the main character that’s at least 90% of them that appear in LitRPG has to be overconfident morons gets themselves into a position where they should’ve died and then the author has to bring in somebody from the outside to save their ass. And then they go on for next paragraph or so about how they were moron to fall for this idiocy.

So far the author has reduced the storyline to stupid tropes that he’s pulled in in order to keep the story going like the old amnesia trope. Just to limit the main characters abilities he first gives him amnesia so he doesn’t remember all of his abilities and then second when the MC does start to get some of these abilities back he then disabled MC strongest abilities so that way he can’t use them.

Randy Smith is starting Hurricane (Street Rats of Aramoor, #2)
The beginning of this book is filled with cheap tricks and obvious ploys to set up the main character to position MC were the author wants him. Like making him fall for an obvious trap then making sure that the main character doesn’t have any of his weapons he recently had then to top it off by taking away his magic.

So far this book is absolutely terrible! 18-year-old kid with two days of training is put into a military operation. A military commander who has a screaming fits at his subordinates in the middle of an operation.

Another fine example of this series! One hit after another even in this ninth book series is running strong! I’m looking forward to reading others in the series.

If I didn’t know better I would say the main character in this story is mentally slow. He is a true moron. Does everybody in this genre rip each other off this is basically the same story as chaos seed.

If I didn't know better I would swear this book was written 20 years ago. Much of the common technology that we use every today is lacking from this novel.

I am just not getting into this book you keep switching characters they stay for a while and then get phased out. I feel like I'm reading the history book end it just keeps rambling on. I am having trouble with this book because of my preferences. I prefer a story that is about one key character and focuses on their story, not a history of an event like this book does.

This book started really good but now that I most of the way through it it's really gotten to the point that I think it's turn stupid. Who would give up their children so the house doesn't get foreclosed on? If it was a magical spell cast on the parents I could see that but they came right out and said that wasn't the case.

This book really sucks. As the story goes on I really beginning to hate the main character more and more. Now I think I'm hoping he could just get killed. I know that's not going to happen because there are two more books of this series but this is the most unlikable main character in any store I have read.
