Just learnt: The Japanese word for "lonely mouth" is kuchisabishii (口寂しい). It describes the feeling of wanting to eat not out of hunger, but because your mouth feels lonely, bored, or needs to be occupied. It is commonly used for snacking or mindless eating when not actually hungry.
