the worldbuilding is soooo good
i forgot how much of a loveable piece of shit hilo was

this man has been falling for DAYS. imagine just freefalling for days and days and not knowing when the bottom is coming, being hungry and thirsty because you're just FALLING

stuff like obsession and the conjuring doesnt give me nightmares, stuff like this does. this book is a nightmare. this book is hell. 5 stars. I want it to be over.

I love it when the characters are keeping something from the reader its such a fun reading experience that way
