This is super exciting! Like all the characters and the narrator is good!

Really close to the end now! The romance stuff just got even more concerning. Loads of action in these last few chapters. But the person reading the bokk(as it’s on audiobook) is not very good at it-they make the book fet p quote slow paced and arent very good at doing different voices etc. Hopefully will be finishing this book in the next few days.

Oh my gosh this is absolute chaos

Well THAT was pretty chaotic… oh and the main romance situation just got very, let’s say, concerning…..

The person reading this book(I am listening to it on audiobook) is really good at it. They have the perfect voice for this type of book, if that makes sense. The book itself is great-loving it so far! However, I’m quite unsure as to why it’s called The Hangman’s Daughter-I feel like the hangman’s daughter doesn’t have much to do with the story. Very good so far, though.

The plot has finally properly got going after loads of boring, unnecessary scenes and a few glimpses of the plot. Not at all invested in the romance, though. Jace is so stereotypical, and Clary is sooo dim. Can’t really believe this was written by the incredible Cassandra Clare who invented the brilliant Dark Artifices amend the really good(so far Infernal Devices.

Amazing. Just amazing. I don’t know how Jaclyn does it. Total genius. The twists really shocked me. This book is nowhere near predictable. It’s full of surprises.

Feel like we’re FINALLY getting to know the characters after over 200 pages. Don’t hate kaz as much as I used to but still dislike him. Wylan is my fav character currently. Still can’t stand Mathias.

Got a LOT to say about this book. Hoping y finish it in the next few days.

Not gonna spoil, but what the heck just happened? Plot’s just got real messed up-heading for 3 stars if it doesn’t get better.

Really enjoying this book! Favourite character so far is Reyna but I love all the other characters too. The plot is amazing!

Like this book so far. Nice, realistic characters, with a really good plot.
