I hope they start to reveal the big secret soon. All the eluding to something huge and life-changing is starting to drive me a bit batty!

I’m find the relationship between Danielle and Emily very creepy. I also find how Daniele and Bob treat Mike painfully horrid. Why do I think something bad is going to happen to Mike and Emily, like the in-laws will try to keep them apart?!

I detest almost everyone in this book with the exception of the son, Ryan. Dad handled the situation 100% wrong and Mom is a nagging pain in the butt judge. I have an uncontrollable urge to see what happens though.

I’m really not interested in this ghost story. After reading half I’m going to give up and search for something more interesting.

Finding out what Jar City was is a bit of shock! I’m assuming around the world there were many different Jar Cities contains lots of different body parts gained legally and illegally.

It's a great book, but seems to be taking forever to complete.

I give up. This book is so utterly boring and pompously written that I'm done with it. I can't even tell what era is supposed to be set in.

Whoever edited this book need to give me their job. There are words and letters missing all over the place. How can she put her "han" up to her face, for Pete's sake??

Can't seem to put the damn thing down! I had forgotten how much I enjoyed Denise Mira's writing and how easy it is to lose yourself in her novels.

Funny, I can't remember the details from this Midsomer Murder episode. What I do remember is unlike this book, but I don't mind really.

I'm liking this so far. An edge of Humour and a freaked out divorce lawyer. What more could you ask for?

The writing in this is killing me. At one point, in half a sentence there were 5 "him"s. And the commas....let's not go there. I've been driving hubby nuts reading him parts with emphatic pauses where the commas are placed. Do I dare speak if the long rants about parenting, marriage and sex? Keep on slogging through...

My second attempt at this series. Wish me luck :)

Two things piss me off on this page: "Pierce had splashed me with constant vitriol, he had molested my sister, but he hadn't killed us." - oh, well that's okay then...wtf!! "...so rarely called upon me to endure extemporaneous gouts of AM chirpiness..." And just what the hell is that supposed to mean? Really? Right out if left field on that one.

A little difficult to get through. Not my usual "lots of conversation" books. But the love affair between Julia and Paul is so entrancing...I'll read anything they star in :)
