Brilliant. The mixer of science and Pali tradition (pre-Siddhartha teachings that were popularized by the Buddha) is fascinating and universal. Hansen has a way with narrative, nonfiction, and meditation that makes this book delightful, challenging, and a resource to those liking to meditate, live healthier, and more mindful.
