this is mean but I don’t like one of the two audiobook narrators and she kept mispronouncing asterisk which was distracting. Good book tho

I’m glad this book included a detailed description of the procedure but I read this too soon after getting a Pap smear and now I feel light-headed

Reading again means I’m better about taking my lunch breaks at work

I like this so much I don’t wanna stop reading but it’s bed time now :(

I am listening to the audiobook while reading along on my Kindle and I just noticed an error in the narration! The narrator said “pieces” instead of “parts” probably bc “pieces” appeared in the next sentence.

I’m really enjoying both the writing and the narration so far and one incident has already made me feel such intense anger. A good sign

??? How is that possible. They are standing and talking to each other I’m so confused I want to reach out to the authors and demand clarification

didn’t think this book would make me tear up, but I’m listening to the audiobook and *hearing* John talk about Hank def hit harder than it would’ve on the page

Also me: creates a Note titled “Cultural Anthropology,” starts collecting quotes from this book, and gets excited about connections to the very coursework I’m avoiding
