This is a short book that can be read very quickly, which is good because it is very limited in scope. There are books that have similar and more developed thoughts on the same topic. Its strongest virtue, was the simplicity of its framework. While potentially lacking, at least it's easy to keep in mind. It wasn't terrible, and even though I'm uncomfortable with the business fable format, I found it engaging.
