I spent way too much time on the audio book where I retained NONE of the story. I do know it's set in the 20's. And there are people in the story. Not necessarily the book's fault. But still DNFing it.

So far, I am liking this book and am hopeful it won't turn out to be have a stupid ending

So far, this book is pretty good. The main character has been on the island for over a week at this point. She should've definitely gotten off the island when she had the chance... but then there wouldn't have been a story, lol.

I'm only on page 31 but I'm loving this story.

I feel like this is a mash up of Armageddon, Jurassic Park and Independence Day. Still not sure if I want to continue reading...I am starting to skip chunks lol

I read a review on here about this book that said it's like reading a blockbuster movie and that 100% describes this so far lol

Almost 100 pages in and the main character is sooooo BORING. It has taken me forever to get this far. Before reading, it sounded like it might be fun to go across the country with Clover, but I don't know if I can make it to that part in the story. I am going for another chapter to see if it's worth continuing
