Ch 7: Logic and loving limits
- God gives us good gifts, and he charges us with channeling them into purposeful in loving acts
- God exist for our ultimate protection.
- Because our bodies house, the Holy Spirit, sexuality can never be just a physical thing
- Sex is never just a physical act. It is the meshing of the mind, soul, emotions, and spiritual of two people.

Ch 6: Romantic attraction
1)usually is one person at an time 2)we are in control of it. ~ Falling in love with the wrong person does not have to happen. 1) apply God’s truth in the situation 2.Seek the lord.~Romantic attraction is both singular and controllable. It does not control us and lead us around by the nose. We don’t have to fall in love or out of love. We can choose to control the gift. God has given us.

- Attraction is acknowledgment that something is pleasant.
- Each person is valuable because he is made in the image of God for fellowship with God, even if he is not walking in that fellowship.

- The attraction gift can function towards members of the same sex. (As close friends).

- The gift of Attraction operates towards another persons physical features

Not only did God make 2 sexes, but he made the two sexes to be attracted to each other.
Your attraction gift is as unique as your thumbprint. God designed us to have very close friends of the same gender, as well as opposite.
- there is no word for love the New Testament that has anything whatsoever to do with lust, not even a hint or a suggestion of it.

There are only two ways. Either we follow the truth God has established, or we make “truth “up for ourselves as we go along. Today, more than any other time in history, we are being DELUGED with media images that “help “ us to define what is supposedly masculine and feminine

We are all unique. There is only one of me and one of you in the world. Everyone is different. Each person must accept himself or herself as he or she is. How do we determine what is truth?

Ch 3: Back to the beginning
~ Christian must stop making division between holy living and sexuality.
~ You can’t be totally whole in your personality unless you are whole in Jesus Christ

~ pride involves moving outside of the truth about who we are, who others are, and who God is. True humility occurs when we move within that reality. Humility is key for Unity. ~ Orgin & purpose together brings value. Relationship is possible, Eph 2:13. ~ Jesus dies to remove the relationship barrier between us. Entering a romantic relationship, doesn’t replace the person from the design of being a neighbor first.

Love: God/Jesus Others Yourself ~ Relationship is based on value. “Love your neighbor”~ It’s not my or your truth that matters; there is only one truth and that is Gods truth. 1 Cor 13:1-3, Relationship is key when sharing Christ ~ People will know we are representatives of the Living God by the way we love and relate to each other

No matter what you have suffered or may suffer in this broken world, God will defend your honor and ability to complete your contribution to his faithfulnessthroughout history.

Our hands represent faithfulness. For those who have put their hope in God, our losses are temporary. (46). The devil can’t ever win, b/c God is stronger. To overcome a tragic loss with honor is to simply keep on loving God.

- to live life under constant hope and in the anticipation of great things with God is part of his design
- if you had losses hope at an young age, you’ve lost the thought of dreaming about the future the lord has for you

Acknowledge the truth about your fear opens the way for repentance and for your truth to be transformed by God. When you live in your true identity, nothing can stop you from the life fulfilling destiny, nothing can stop you come he life fulfilling destiny God he’s for you to discover

- There are no accidents in Gods Providence
- The lord gives and takes away and you just have to trust that God knows and always does what’s is best. No matter what you will have to trust in him
- Gods timing is perfect
- God grieves over this situation more profoundly than you do, if you can imagine that
