I enjoy this but it is slow moving

Cute premise, seems like a cozy read so far.

Enjoying so far

Ran out of my listening hours on Spotify… so I wait 7 days to continue. I think I am going to like this one.

I wanted a scifi book, but light… here we go…

Slow going, but entertaining.

I cannot believe I almost didn’t listen to this book because of the first paragraph. It is so good and takes so many turns I did not expect. Wondering how this will end.

I don’t like horror books if they don’t have something speculative in them. I don’t want to read about just plain bad people. I need witches or ghosts or something weird.

I was really concerned about this book. I thought it was going to be too much for me. Too heavy, too gory. But it very quickly showed that it is compelling and fun to read.

Doing abridged 3 hours rather than full 9 hours. It was suggested as a ‘holiday read’ so I am giving it a spin. So far typical discworld scenario and characters which I do enjoy

Slow moving but I love the way odd Eleanor talks to herself and pines after Theodora

The old timey language is rough for me to get into but because it’s a classic I will press on lol

I have been looking at this book for ages wondering if I want to give it a shot. Seems creepy enough for my liking. So far it’s really good. No slow spots, I hate books with slow spots. Glad I decided to start it

So far so good. This is a book club pick and one I never would have read on my own. I really recoil when there is romance involved… although I was fine with the romance in Addie Laroux and others.
This is, so far, a fun story of a girl with a dream lol

Interesting zombie book so far.

The climax is building. Gonna tie out a bunch of loose ends very soon, I can feel it. Good book, compelling. Narrator is easy to listen to and not annoying

I enjoy it. It’s a big book so I decided to listen instead. Lots of back and forth from 1700’s to 2010’s very cool concept for a book.
