I'm liking this for a few reasons. 1- Esther being a female lead and 2- it being in large part in first person narration. I can stomach the sections that are in third person because I know more sections are coming with Esther's first person. Esther is so charming and a sweetheart.

What the fuck just happened. This is the wildest book I've ever read. Dostoevsky, you madman. Natasya Fillipovna, you wild woman. I officially can't put this book down. I wish I had an imagination like that.

I'm really liking it so far. Dostoevsky has the potential to be one of my favorite authors.
