Woo!! It's been a long, long, long process. Sorry for not updating, you all. :( Life has been....hell, for a minute, but it's finally calming down. I'm going to move all of these books to my TBR and read my Megan Hart books. I basically had to reformat my computer on top of all of the other mess I've been dealing with and lost my saves on books. :(

Out of curiosity, do you all know any good Polyamorous relationship/menage books? I am reading Kit Rocha and love her. Any other recs out there? I've heard good things about Lauren Dane too. :) Thanks in advance. :)

Well, I'm on the beginning of Ch. 18 or thereabout. I have about 9 -10 left. There are some parts I do like. Some parts...are kind of problematic/offensive (there's a transphobic joke in one chapter) and I still kind of don't like Rafa all that much. And I'm still debating how much I like them together. The author did pay attention to safe sex, so, that was good, but everything is kind of yikes/no.

Okay. The section I just read was a bit wild. The characters went all over the place there for a minute, and it seemed like everything that was established previously got taken back or flipped on its head w/o any explanation for doing it. They seem to be back to themselves now. I am still liking the writing style, but like I said, the characters are really throwing me sometimes.

So, I'm almost at the 100 page mark. I do like this. This is, unsurprisingly, hard to read at times due to the subject matter and what some characters are subjected to (or even think). But it is well written so far.

I'm liking how this is written so far. Some of the characters are making me cringe/want to bang my head against the desk though with their actions.

Just started this. It's actually really interesting and good. Glad I picked it up.
