Maybe I could actually finish what I've already started reading instead of endlessly starting a book, making it to 3/4 of the way and then starting a new one....

This needs a good amount of editing but it's still pretty compelling.

I think the romance advanced a bit too quickly. I hoped it'd be more slow burn.

Quite strange to find a review by yourself from like half a decade ago and read your own thoughts and feel only unfamiliarity... The things you like, the things you hate, the things you thought you'd remember. All of it is less steady than you'd imagined.

trying to read this slowly because I'm enjoying it so much but the pages FLY by

just after marrying, william and edith are in that balcony looking at everyone down there and it feels like a quiet respite from their awkwardness. made my heart hurt a little.

Found my Kindle, which I hadn’t used in a while. It was full of crappy YA books I added in like 2013. That was a godforsaken apparently. Deleted a lot of stuff from my to-read list that nowadays simply doesn’t appeal, although I also kept some that looked good.
Younger me would really read anything. A daredevil. No common sense and no fear.
