THIS BOOK! This author! She is just a wonderful writer and her books are incredibly good, phenomenal characters, harrowing twists, not afraid to drop in a scary or sensitive topic and a bombshell. The book is so wonderful I'm rationing it as I don't want it to end - one of my absolute favourite authors

This has to be one of the most extraordinary books I have ever read. I can't put it down and I can't stop talking about it! Horrifying, mesmerising and honestly mind boggling, I can't quite find words, incredible information and pretty stunning

I'm only a few pages in but this is so gripping - absolutely horrifying but completely unputdownable

Never a big fan but was interested to read this and it didn't disappoint. Very moving to read what she has been through with her family, conservatorship and children, thought provoking

OK so I picked this up as very highly recommended on a book group, but at this point I had already worked our all the twists ... unless something happens in the next 27 pages that I've not read yet, really dislike most of the characters so not sure on this one

Excellent read, grabs you from the first page, so well written, the characters are amazing, and the fear and menace rings through on every page, superb read

This is a re-read of one of my favourite books, going through a difficult time so wanted to immerse myself in something I love, its working! One of my favourite writers

Oh my life, anyone else read or reading this? If so am I alone in wanting to slap the heck out of some of the characters!? I wish Emma would pull them all up on how they are treating her and give them a good talking to!

Second reading of this glorious book, loved it just as much the second read, one of my favourite authors and loved how the subject matter was so beautifully written

This is the 2nd time of reading, I read this as an ARC on netgalley before it was released and loved it, recently bought myself a paperback copy amd am loving reading it again

Absolutely loving this wonderful book! The way the author hits the nail on the head with kids growing up and away from you, the "this will be the last time we/he", the 'I will not cry/ I will be supportive and smiling" but crumbling the second the door closes .. and not just kids going off to uni etc, the bloody husband, I just adore Lillie for telling him to f off, the pompous twat!! Utterly brilliant

Finding this a very absorbing read, well written, also startlingly honest, Harry's self awareness of his mental health issues really hit a nerve with me, also my disgust with the media is growing by the page, wouldn't be why they are on such a huge offensive to discredit this book would it? ...

Loving this!!! You can literally hear Mel's voice narrating

Always loved Friends and the cast and characters, but very much to my dismay I'm starting to feel a little irritated with Matthew Perry whilst reading this, as the daughter of an addicted parent and having shared some similar experiences surely I would also be able to blame The Gene!? Yet I'm not an addict and never have been, yet he seems to blame his constant relapses (and treatment of others) on The Gene/childhood

Love this!! Great idea and as always I love the humour and the characters, another hit from one of my favourite writers

I struggled with this sadly, the writing style is very good and the premise of the book appealed to me but I found it a little repetitive and pretty scary. I wanted to carry on reading but found it didn't keep my attention so I have put it down for the time being but will return for another try

I'm struggling and keep putting this one down in favour of other books

Wonderful book by one if my favourite authors

I love this author so couldn't wait to read this, sadly I've ended up giving up on it though, I found myself wanting to read anything but this, I couldn't get with any of the characters and found my mind wondering, it felt repetitive and I found the many Spanish conversations distracting, I ended up flipping to the last chapter which felt predictable sadly, I hate leaving negative reviews and I've loved all her other

delicious!! I live this author and this one is just fabulous, Big dollop of girl power, love it!

even 42 pages in, im already feeling the familiar ''I LOVE this'' I feel with any Elin Hilderbrand book, her characters, scene setting and storylines are just delicious, she is to me what Joni Mitchell is to Karen in Love Actually!

I loved The Flight so much ive been dying to read Julie Clark's new book, and it us absolutely brilliant! im so hooked, her characters and the intelligence of her plotlines are so so good!
