4. Maintaining motivation
- If you really want to improve your skills, devote an hour or more with concentration. Practicing like this will never outrun fun, but it will become neutral.
- To maintain your motivation, you can either strengthen your reasons to keep going or weaken the reasons to quit. One of methods is "having scheduled sessions"
- Have a good sleep and be healthy!!!

Finding a right teacher or mentor is not always available. But since we're all accessible to the Internet we can find excellent resources for pretty much everything.
Using that, we can reproduce what the expert performance can do, fail, figure out why we failed, try again, and repeat -over and over again.

If you really want to improve your skills, you better commit 100% of your mentality.
Focus and concentration are crucial, so training sessions with clearer are the best way to develop new skills.
During your session, you can end the session when it no longer feels effectively.

Short but more concentrated sessions are the key!!!
