Really enjoying this re-read, my only negative is the men lol

Have to re-read this because I tried to start Hero of Ages but none of the story is fresh in my mind.

So far I’m enjoying the re-read more than the first time round, and getting through it a lot faster

Says to not diversify (horrible advice) and to just use real estate to keep buying more real estate. Personally I don’t think a fundamental human right like housing should be used as a way to profit and get rich so that advice doesn’t work for me (and even if you did want to do this, there’s no advice on how to go about saving enough for your first house anyway)

Unspecific advice and suggests MLM schemes 🤢

I’m probably going to give this 1 star. Every chapter is just him repeating the same sentence in 500 different ways. It’s also too American centric and out-dated so basically none of it applies to me. There’s a couple of good sentences but most of it is lots of bad vague advice and he puts some horrible people on a pedestal.
