I was confused the entire time. I also did not find this thrilling in the slightest. The beginning was quite interesting and had me hooked but by the middle, I just wanted it to end.

The TEARS. Omg. Demon is an impeccable character, WOW. And this book is quite possibly one of the best I’ve ever read. TEARS.

Ok but what did I just read? V confused on what to feel.

Made it 82 pages but a dnf for me. I don’t think I’ve absorbed even one thing and this is the second time I’ve attempted to read this book! Sadly dnf-ing my first surprise book of the month. (Where I wrapped 12 random books to read this year and this was the january unwrapping)

Me finishing this arc 4 days after release but realizing that savouring it WAS THE WAY. WOW.
