The first third of the book is just Pride and Prejudice from Mary's perspective up to the point that Charltotte marries Mr. Collins. While I had expected there to be some of this I hadn't anticipated having to deal with so much of the story from Mary's extremely self pitying attitude.

What a treat this book has been so far. My children and Ihave laughed out loud chapter after chapter, and my seven year old days, "Again, again!" Every time a chapter ends.
