Well, I’ve shed tears once already.

Meh. I didn't realize this would be so promiscuous of a tale. Other than this fact, I find the way in which the author has shed her own light on this tale is poor. Very little prior description to the actions and dialogue that occurs within. I cannot picture the change of emotions as I read the conversations, which I enjoy doing normally.

Hm. Gettin a hunch this book is gunna make me want to change, or wish I was a certain way.

I predicted he'd get sick. And he did. Van Houten has surprised me. It's just after the funeral when he surprises Hazel in the car. This story has burdened my heart with a new feeling for people dying of cancer.

So far very good. The emotions of the characters are so deep and unexpected. I love the intelligence included in every conversation. I want to look up AIA.
