Could not finish the book. The storyline was giving me a frustration headache.

almost finished with this book. at 56yrs old it has been difficult getting through the story because they are in their teens/twenties, and I'm 56!
the teen angst is strong with this book.

Had to stop reading for now. Glad I waited till the price for the e-read was lowered to $1.99. Not sure when I'll get back to it because I felt I was doing a lot of reading but getting nowhere into the meat of this story. It either was happening too quick (Maverick and Leighton doing the deed.) or it was dragging on with unnecessary verbiage.

So far...disappointing

Just finished writing my review on Amazon. I enjoyed this book so much. This book is about friendships and trust and work and love. Sal and Rey's story can only be told this way. Patiently. By the last chapter I was completely content. I got to experience a friendship that blossomed into love from start to finish. Mariana you are amazing. Love your writing.

Already have choked up a couple of times. RELIEF!
I just put down TWO books that I could not continue reading because they just didn't keep my attention. I'm still in the getting to know my characters part of the book and already I don't want to put it down.

I had to stop reading. Kellan's POV totally changed the image I had of him while reading the Thoughtless trilogy. His story is so pathetic. I get that he is in love. I get that he has found someone that cares for him. But christ on a cracker....it is embarassing to read at times. He has been written to be so desperate. I prefer to remember him as he was written through Kiera's POV. Really disappointed.
