I have been working through this book for a long time. It's a book on applied thinking and is very interesting to experience.

So far, the title and description are misleading. There is zero humor.
It's basically an extreme beginner's guide to self-help that is grounded and clearly written. The practices in chapter 1 do actually work. I've been doing them for many many years.

So, far I like this book. It's a slow tale with beautiful details. The plot is just now starting to get complex.

Good book so far. Detailed and relatable experiences about what it's like to be an adult child of a narcissist. I just got into the healing exercises. I can tell this is a deep, emotional process.

A unique story.

The writing is lovely so far. The protagonist seems strange, perhaps it's her abusive past or perhaps she has more going on psychologically.

It's not really my favorite genre and it's a bit slow so far.

Love the book so far.

Another book with 50 characters? I genuinely hope not but there are 4 already. The writer needs to learn to use action verbs. Otherwise, it's quite good and basically literary fiction so far.

The plot appears to switch from a serial killer theme to some sort of werewolf theme about halfway through. The high number of pov characters makes the plot challenging to follow but the writing is skillful.

Is the protagonist turning into the kind of person he hates? That's what it looks like right now.

So far it reads more like literary fiction than horror. There is a survival aspect but since none of the characters express any emotion, it feels like there isn't any threat and the graphic parts don't feel horrific like they should. Cannibalism is horrific because people feel things and no one feels much here.

So far an interesting story. I'm curious about the blooming romance. I wish the characters expressed more emotions though.

The writing is quite good. It's much better to read physically though. The audiobook is the ai reader for Amazon and the pacing isn't very good.

The voice actor is meh but M.C. Neuffer is a skilled writer. So, the story is decent.

I adore this story so far! It's dark and delicious. The attitude is spicy and humorous. The setting is a unique and intriguing world and the plot, situations and emotions of the characters create a wonderful amount of tension.

I am enjoying this book so far. My dreams have been vivid and healing.

So far I like the book well enough. The characters express almost no emotion and that slows it down a bit for me but it's still an interesting story. For a first novel, it's pretty good.

The story finally got interesting around 50%. There is kind of alot of different things going on and I'm not sure it's all relevant to the story. Sadly, the supporting characters Dana and Marcy are far more developed than the protagonist.

It's picking up a little I guess. The main character is naive or clueless maybe. She seems fake
I'm really struggling with the narration and the complete distancing of the reader through compulsive use of 'to be' verbs.

The audiobook reader is okay.
The writing is pretty mediocre. Some parts are funny.
The writer avoids expressing emotion and doesn't know how to use action verbs. The plot is reasonably interesting though.
Normally, I would not agree with other readers who complained about sexual content. I have no issue with reading explicit content. But I cannot see how it serves the plot here.

I had forgotten what a wealth of valuable information is in this book. I'm glad that I'm rereading it.

So far it's pretty boring and not much is happening. The writing is mostly passive verbs and insecure language.

The writer is skilled so far. I don't usually read historical fiction and I don't find the roughness of the times romantic at all.

So far this book is very helpful as a loose guideline for self-editing.

Better than Christian book two so far but not as good as the Anna perspective.
