This book has already given me profound insight that aligns with the work I’m doing in therapy. It opened my eyes to what I was actually needing as a teenager/child learning about love and prompted me to reflect on how this ties to how I experience love and behave today. If I stopped reading this now that insight alone earned 5+++ stars.
