Dev is the most insufferable character that I've read so far. He never listens, never stands up and always walks away. I'd like to do the same in my life, but unfortunately, some of us don't have a Charlie who grovels all the time to make us feel better.

Mind you, I do understand he has depression and severe fear of intimacy, but my baby boy, Charlie, has his own issues and he's not doing the same shit. AAAAAAAAAH

This book isn't what I thought it would be. It's so much better. In some way, it's a reflection on how women mask their emotions and pretend to have everything figured out, but at the same time? it's about how we're expected to perform flawlessly and abide every rule that's laid out for us.
